Spotted December 29, 2010"Where's the Beef??" At our meal, of course! My good friend TT took us to Tsuruhashi where we enjoyed 7, yes seven, orders of kobe boneless short rib. Fantastically well marbled, the kobe grade beef needs no oil when you grill it and is perfectly tender no matter how you cook it. Highly recommended to meat lovers everywhere!-
