Spotted April 28, 2011The differences from the Special Chirashi ($21) were that the Extra Special ($28) had a piece of toro, uni, and amaebi. But it didn't have the ikura the Special had.-

Spotted May 30, 2010A notch above the regular and the special chirashi, the extra special had a great assortment of sashimi, including hotate, sake, uni, ikura, unagi, toro, hamachi, and ebi. -
