Spotted January 22, 2011I'm still a fan of Momofuku's pork buns in NYC, but this more authentic version is nice too. Nice cut of fatty pork belly paired with a tasty hoisin based sauce. -

Spotted April 11, 2010This simple dish consists of a soft white warm bun enclosing a fatty piece of pork with scallions and cilantro. This version on the Peninsula that costs $4 was said to surpass the Momofuku version, by one patron!
