      adaminsydney I figured it would be all technique - and you can't really check the taste until it's done.

      TM @adaminsydney, I second to Randy F. The key is the temperature when cooking. If it's too high, it wouldn't be smooth texture, it'd become scramble eggs, but if it's too low, it won't get cooked properly... Wish I could give you some tips but I'm also the one who was straggling, lol.

      adaminsydney @TM - thanks! Given the preponderance of Japanese restaurants near me (I live in what is basically a distributed Japanese enclave in Sydney), I think I'll stick to eating out :D
