Spotted September 02, 2011The pho ga, or chicken pho, here is excellent as well. Very clean and flavorful broth. Here is a to-go picture: condiments, uncooked noodles, dark thigh chicken meat, and broth.-

Spotted February 26, 2011Very clean and oil-free broth. Great flavor and my choice for chicken soup if I have a cold. Pho Kim Long's version is a bit heartier and even more flavorful in my opinion though. -
Spotted July 05, 2010#16 with hen meat - includes white and dark meat as well as gizzards and congealed blood. The pho ga here is among the best if not the best. The broth is absolute standout and the flavor is fantastic. I think it edges Turtle Tower in SF. -
