Spotted October 03, 2011Pan fried soup dumplings.....orders take about 20 minutes to come out, so they do it right. Slight crispiness, but the soup is boiling hot inside. I wanna try their xlb next time. -
Spotted October 03, 2011Their signature item. Also known as pan fried soup dumplings. And there is soup. I'm a fan of xiao long bao (which they also serve here) but these are good, albeit thick skinned as is the style.-

Spotted January 22, 2011I'm still a fan of Momofuku's pork buns in NYC, but this more authentic version is nice too. Nice cut of fatty pork belly paired with a tasty hoisin based sauce. -
