Quite possibly the best burger in Seattle. Though, like all Lunchbox Labs burgers that have bacon, it's a little salty.

Light, crispy, delicious.

Served chilled with a white grape gelée, fig and 30-year balsamic vinegar. The perfect sweet/salty combo

The pork is served over garbanzo beans and a tomato-cumin sauce. Delicious.

One of the best sandwiches I've ever had in Seattle. The torta is fresh and wonderful. The pork is well seasoned and not dry at all. Shockingly good.

Yep. Pot Roast. I guess it is what it is. It's good... if you like good ol' fashioned pot roast. It sounded good in concept. But, it really reminded me that I didn't like my mom's cooking growing up. Pot Roast. Not much has changed in 20 years.

Just crisp enough chocolate cookies sandwiched around a smooth pecan buttercream spread. Yum!

Creamy goodness. Don't be fooled though, this dish isn't very deep. Not a whole lot of food, but what's there is really good.

One of the specials (when asked after the meal, they serve it nearly every day), this sheet of pasta spiked with truffles, then covered with a light cheese sauce and more truffles is wonderful. I had decided that the next time I went I would order two plates of it and call it a day. Then the bill came and it was $18, so maybe not. Still, it's really good. One of the better dishes I've ever eaten in Seattle.

If you combined Pop-Tart with a slice of pie, this is the bastard child you would end up with. The crust is buttery and just dense enough. The chocolate and marshmallow filling is, well... how could you screw up that combo? Good stuff.
