Chocolate ice cream, whipped cream, bergamot olive oil, Maldon sea salt. A very challenging sundae, mainly because of the olive oil. The bergamot flavor combined with the fruity olive oil brought out the dark, bitter side of the bergamot, which went well with the darker chocolate flavor in the ice cream.

Wow! Starchy-sweet and very rich. Tastes somewhat like butter pecan ice cream. I could eat this all day.

Puzzling. I really like it, i really do! Full Tilt says it's citrus-spice-vanilla. And I agree. It reminds me of some sort of childhood confection, something like a combination of the following three: Push-Ups, Creamicles, and the ice cream bars shaped like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It's apparently a popular flavor in the Midwest? But I still don't get it!

I finally had to try out the ice cream here. It lives up to every bit of the hype, with inventive flavors and high-quality product. The Secret Breakfast is an ingenious mix of cornflakes and bourbon, a very sweet endeavor if it weren't for the bourbon. The Vietnamese coffee ice cream was a dead ringer for the beverage, and so remains one of the best coffee ice creams I've tasted.

YES! It's like the best chocolate-chocolate chip ice cream you've ever had. The sweetness of the chocolate ice cream is tempered by the crunchy, complex bitterness of the nibs. My favorite flavor at Ici.

Crème fraîche-hazelnut praline on the bottom, vanilla-mocha-salted almond on top. EVERYTHING from Ici is a nom.
