Spotted January 13, 2011More sour than hot. One of the best cornstarch-thickened soups I've had, in that it didn't feel actively viscous, but instead it just felt like it had a lot of body. Satisfying. -

Spotted September 12, 2010Served with the prerequisite buns, leeks, and sauce. Best I've evert had, for these reasons: Crispy skin with a good skin/fat ratio, not overly salty, and perfectly sweet buns. The platonic ideal of duck, I think.-

Spotted August 15, 2009Fresh shrimp spring rolls. Well-balanced, wrappers weren't too thick and some of the unpleasant taste that comes with beansprouts at times was absent.-
