Spotted June 05, 2011thumbs up for the generous serve of malty, milky chocolate sauce, but churros really weren't as nice as they could've been. strange texture and middle a little undercooked. -
Spotted December 02, 2010from rocco's christmas churros and gelato cart! with ginelli's chocolate gelato. better than el faro's, not as good as toro churros'. -

Spotted November 20, 2010a dutch doughnut, literally translating into 'oil balls'. can't tell how good it could potentially be because it was cold already, and thus rather doughy. had an almost bread-like flavour to it.-
Wicked Sheila Oliebollen in Auckland!! They're best when they're warm and ofcourse here we'll buy/make them in december :)

Spotted November 01, 2010only thing this has going for it is its very incredibly generous serve of chocolate sauce. churros was kinda doughy, even though it was made to order. toro churros beats this hands down, both in quantity and quality.-

meei haha that's because it is. the disappointing thing is that we've heard so many people rave over their churros. sigh popular opinion cannot be taken literally sometimes

Spotted September 26, 2010a healthy version - as you would probably be able to tell from the picture, they're very restrained with the sugar and cinnamon. more chewy bread-like than cinnamon roll-like. -
