Wicked Sheila @ Soraya, these aren't Belgian and they're no doughnuts. Even though they're originally from France, these days it's something typical Dutch. If you would like to explain it, you can call them mini pancakes, although they don't taste the same. And yes.. they are delightful!!! That is true :)
