Mark Lindsay The first time I had this dish I was blown away by the crispy pan fried Gnocchi parcels which burst in the mouth with beautiful crispy bacon drizzles with truffle oil. A truly indulgent experience. Today however I was disappointed by the anemic soggy dough. I guess the chef was having a bad day!Gastronomous Anonymous OH no? Really? I really loved this dish, havent gone for a second time though, so will have to go again.
Mark Lindsay I know - went last Sunday and it was amazing - had the taste in my mouth for hours afterwards a raved to friends about it. Today - gave constructive feedback to waitstaff - was told it was the same chef (the Head Chef at that) so... I will probably give it another go and if it's not the same standard as my first time I will ask the chef if he can 'fix it up'.
