From Five Guys to French Laundry, I nom it all!
Grilled mahi mahi, chayote slaw, avocado, green onion, hold the cilantro, and a wisp of chipotle aioli on warm corn tortillas. I've eaten these three days in a row. I think I'm addicted. :) Only 474 calories, too! Served with a kale and carrot salad.
With cabbage, quinoa, sunchokes, apples, carrots, cider-cumin vinaigrette, toasted pine nuts, and grilled chicken. Got a little piece of crispy chicken skin, too! :) Lightly dressed, healthy, filling.

Fresh organic eggs, turkey sausage, tomatoes, arugula, and cheddar cheese on a harvest seed english muffin, served with fruit salad. 475 calories. If this is "health food," then bring it!
Banh mi with roasted pork, toasted baguette, pickled carrots, daikon radish, cucumbers, jalapeños, mayo, hold the cilantro. As my photo shows, the sandwich was so juicy it soaked the paper it was wrapped in!
Jasmine rice, lemongrass marinated pork, steamed vegetables, pickled vegetables, and tamarind vinaigrette. The pork has a deep marinated flavor and is crispy around the edges. To die for good!
