Chopped pastrami, chopped romaine, avocado, vine-ripened tomatoes, shredded swiss cheese, egg, pickled vegetables, rye toast points, honey mustard vinaigrette served on the side. I ate half and took the rest to work the next day for lunch. The chunks of hot pastrami make this so, so good!
Pan Seared Queen Charlotte Halibut with Yukon gold potato gnocchi ‘Provencal’ and corn nage. Beautiful and yummy piece of fish! When you want to cheat a little but still get your protein and veggies. ;)
Grilled mahi mahi, chayote slaw, avocado, green onion, hold the cilantro, and a wisp of chipotle aioli on warm corn tortillas. I've eaten these three days in a row. I think I'm addicted. :) Only 474 calories, too! Served with a kale and carrot salad.
