Over-easy egg, ham and cheddar breakfast sandwich with paprika potatoes

Rou Jia Mo Street Sandwich - Red Braised Pork Sandwich. The bun was almost like a steamed bun, but then pressed. This was incredible. Best thing I ate all night.

Braised short ribs with smoked gouda, caramelized onion, oven-dried tomato, arugula & horseradish aioli on grilled sourdough

Thin pork tenderloin deep-fried in a tempura-like batter. Veggies. Hot sauce. Incredible.

Terrible picture I know, but I had to put it up cause it was one of the best thing's I've eaten in a while. Pig's head, sriracha, cilantro, pickled red onion, pickled carrot and charred bread. One of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten.

Shrimp steamed buns.

Pork belly steamed bun. Melts in your mouth.

On the left is the Haus Bao, which is the hanger steak bao with crushed peanuts, cilantro, haus relish and Taiwanese red sugar. On the right is the Chairman Bao. Slow-braised pork belly with the same toppings. May be the best steamed bun I've had.

Rosemary ham, paper thin sliced apples and Boursin cheese. Housemade chips. Delicious.
