The Glendon / Burger

Sirloin-foie gras burger with madiera aioli, arugula, goats milk gouda cheese on a house baked kaiser bun and goat cheese tater tots. These tater tots were seriously incredible.

A really well cooked grassfed burger topped with white cheddar, microgreens and seriously delicious pickled red onions. Super crispy fries to boot.

Tenderloin beef topped with brie, carmelized crushed walnuts and bacon.

Goat cheese, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, grilled onions, pickles, spicy mustard with a side of sweet potato fries and some long-missed company.

Topped with cheddar, maytag blue, mozzarella, goat & gouda cheeses with Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley, Sage & Oregano. Side of truffle fries. An incredible addition to the scene. They also have sweet potato fries, duck fat fries and poutine.

Freshly Ground Burger Stuffed with Brown Sugar Bacon and Shatto Dairy Cheddar Cheese Curds, Housemade Pickles, Lettuce, Onion and Fries.

Trio of sliders. Angus Burger with Cheddar and Caramelized Onions was ok. Maryland Crabcake with Sweet Mustard Aioli was better. But the Buttermilk Chicken with Bacon Onion Sour Cream was incredible. Definitely will be getting that one again.
