touchan / Ramen

ちょい化調感じるけど、嫌味なほどじゃないね。

うまい。「もやし増し」とか追加メニューにあれば、頼むんだがな。最後は、脂っ濃さが残ってきつかった。野菜がもっとあれば、Bestです。でもここら界隈で食べれるラーメン屋を発見できました。（あの御仁も来ているみたいですな...。）

醤油ベースのラーメンです。

うまい。

完食。先週のいたって普通のつけ麺の後は、「東京ラーメン」。スキッ！と清んだスープは丁寧に仕上げられていて旨いですね。

写真が暗いですね。　このお店の定番、鉄板はタンメンです。　盛られた野菜が美味しい。

ほぼネタ。らーめん一丁が315円です。味はその程度です。

うん、こってり。ご飯が非常に合う。

野菜の炒め具合とスープの塩加減がちょうど良い。　Tanmen. A salty noodle with beautifully cooked vegetables on.

辛い。　当たり前か。。。 Tantan-men. Very hot. Yeah,,,that should be.

辛い！！　美味い！！　Hot!!　Delicious!!

Weekend Spacial Dish: Ramen miso-stewed pork guts

美味い。 スープが醤油ベースで、懐かしい味です。 昔ながらの東京らーめんだな。 チャーシューは焦がしていますね。 香ばしくておいしいのですが、箸で摘むとパラパラッと解れて、そして解れすぎてしまって、そこの方に淋しく落ちていきました。 麺は平打ちの細めの麺です。 手打なだけあって、モチモチとしています。 (Teuchi-ramen Mangersu) Its soy-sause based soup is gentle and it reminds me of the old time Tokyo Shoyu Ramen. Cha-shu is quite good as it is a little grilled, but it's made so tenderly that you have to find at the bottom of the bowl; actually, you can enjoy it to the last. Noodle. It is handmade and is so soft.
