The photo doesn't do it justice, but that's apple sauce on top. And the potatos are really crispy -- the combination is outstanding.

This is an old standby anyway, but has survived the last change in ownership at Home Plate and is just delish and not too bad for us old people.

Eggs scrambled with jalapenos, onions, etc and pieces of corn tortilla stuck into the scramble and served on a flat corn tortilla. Salsa is smoky and spicy and the chunks of jalapeno bring the dish alive.
