Spotted December 03, 2011Learned that oysters grown in Tomales Bay all started somewhere else but grow here better because the bay is very stable and doesn't stress the oysters. -

Spotted January 23, 2010You have to shuck them yourself, which is a fun way to get the freshest oysters possible, straight from Tomales Bay. Hog Island supplies the oysters, shucking knife, glove, lemons and a table outside. -
