Spotted November 27, 2011You read this right. These are really lamb testicales on a skewer. Only for the most adventurous eater. The texture is in between meat and inner organ. A little bouncy and chewy than liver or kidneys. The taste is ....hard to describe. Let just say it's very gamey and exotic.-
