Spotted March 06, 2012Palmetto Creek Farms pork chop artichoke stuffing, braised brussels sprouts with cured bacon, Sauvignon Blanc poached apples, pork belly demi glace. The pork has excellent texture but the glace was slightly too salty.-

Spotted January 30, 2012#8 Jon the Bomb (JTB). Marinated Chicken, Hot Sauce, Bomb Saue & Pepper Jack Cheese on dutch crunch roll. Very tasty sauce. Amazing dutch crunch roll. I think I have found my favorite sandwich spot.-
