Spotted February 06, 2012Bitten by the baking bug again. The is a layered cheesecake trio. Top - matcha green tea cheesecake. Middle - redbean paste with graham cookie crumbs. Bottom - chai tea cheesecake. Topped with toasted coconut flakes, matcha powder and fresh strawberry. -
