Spotted April 10, 2012Don't you just love their bold colors? Lovely distinct flavors. Some macarons were just a tiny little bit too thick.-

Droolius They are SO good here at Le Macaron. How does it compare to other Macaron shops? I'm curious bc they adjusted their recipe from France to be able to work with Florida humidity
Verlisia They are good but still far from the great ones in NYC (la maison, payard, bouchon). The flavors are very distinct (except for the pastichio). Cookie to filling ratio is slightly off though. The texture also seemed a little rough. Slightly too many air bubbles in some but the taste was good. Not too sweet, not overwhelmed with almond.
