Spotted November 13, 2011Standard toppings are roasted pork, garlic shrimp, chopped white onion, bioccolini, quail egg, green chinves, kikurage mushroom, romaline lettuce, ground chicken and bean sprouts. Soft Shell Crab is extra. The broth is not as nice as the pork version. It was surprisingly light for a miso based broth. I think they overcompensated the salty and end up with a weird sweet broth.-
