Spotted April 20, 2012Not easy to find this around here. What does it taste like? The texture resembles octopus. It has a very unique taste that appears alkaline and slightly lingers at your throat. Definitely an acquired taste I would not recommend to those unfamiliar with Korean sashimi.-

Spotted April 20, 2012Staple Korean style sashimi. Very different from the Japanese version. The fish was live and never frozen. Always come in a large plate. You can dip it in wasabi and soy sauce or you can eat it Korean way - wrap in with lettuce, add some garlic and hot sauce. The rest of the fish was made into a stew (served later).-

Spotted March 10, 2012Pretty good quality for a $17 bowl of chirashi. No expensive cuts but all the fish was great quality, especially the maguro.-
